1badtk, is that your ride in the picture?! That's a SWEET hood scoop! The only problem is, then people know you're fast just by looking at you.

Ok I don't want to see one more picture of jason brown again. If I do then I the beast is going to get torn apart tonight. I want mine to go that fast so bad, I wish I had a couple hundred thousand to blow on my truck.

I guess 9's will have to work for a while for me. that should only cost me about 20 to 25k.

Looks like some front-happy Gen 1's just rained on your parade. But, your truck looks to be shi!!en' and Gettin' well enough. Imagine the power and gription it takes to unload all that front weight! Good job!

I'm not to worried about those gen 1's anymore. I talked with the guy that I want to buy the new motor off of and he told me 9 grand for a newly rebuilt 377 4 bolt main long block, with J&E custom blower piston, a custom made billet crank, oliver rods, trick R heads with a stage 5 port and polish and 108 valves, and also the trick flow track heat upper intake all gasket matched with the lower and heads. no cam included with the motor, but thats ok. I'll do that motor with a C6 transmission and a new built to chit ford 9 inch on a 4 link by TRZ. new adjustable upper and lower control arms by TRZ and to top it all off it the Procharger D1R that the pro 5.0 cars use. Also going to have TRZ build the custom roll cage to let me go 8's in my truck. I think that should be fast enough for me. for awhile anyway. I would love to run pro 5.0 when I get older, would that be fun or what. what a rush. Or maybe even street outlaw. I think once the truck gets all done I want to run in that wild street class. The only bad thin about the lightning classes is that there all bracket racing, they should make a lightning class where its as fast as you can go! I know there isn't that big of a demand, but there will be if they keep on pumping out these trucks!

1BADTK:

whats your truck running now, as far as E.T. goes. I think it was spiro who told me about you having the snorkel hood. and he said you had the NOS on your truck too.
