Matt can you give me some info on your PSP lower pulley as far as how easy it was to install and if any special tools are needed. I know the upper pulley is a Biotch to install and I was wondering how the lower is. With the upper it is possible to damage the blower snout. Any concerns on the lower? thanks Jeff

Jeff,
I had a upper pulley on my 99 and saw no gain with it,my lower PSP pulley came with the tools to take it off and i had my friend at ford put it on for me and it took him 45 minutes and he said the only thing difficult about it was putting the stock belt back on because the pulley is bigger and the belt is much tighter now.This mod is as good as a good chip,i definitely would reccommend you to get one!
