I don't think he's talking about the "euro" lights being added. He is talking about a European spec truck. This is the truck that was featured in Auotmobile Mag where pics were taken while it was in Germany. The lights are the running lights on the side by the Lightning emblem.

If this is the same truck I seen it has running lights on the side and I think on the back of the truck (in bumper?). Does not look as clean as our production trucks. I seen it once at one of the Ford sites and I definitely took a second look....

The rear lights are attached below the bumper. They are easilly removed and re-attached.

The side marker lights are permanently mounted, and are fmc parts. I think that they look very good.

Exactly. The truck is factory stock except for additional lighting, and a Euro front number plate mount.
