Welcome to the area. I deal with Kimnach Ford on VB Blvd. They are an authorized SVT dealer. Don't know about mod friendliness. I take all my mods off before going to them. They have always given me good service though.

Recommend the first two however I don't know how mod friendly any of them are. I generally pull the chip when going in for work(rare fortunately).

Welcome to the area. Been going to Beach Ford. Had my inter-cooler replaced there with no problems. Don't know if they are chip friendly. My neighbor two doors down from me is one of the Beach Ford sales managers.

I use Freedom Ford for my 01. I talked to the head SVT tech and he said he had no problem with the mods. He just asks that you pull the chip out, reset the computer and take the aftermarket air filter off when you bring it in for a driveability problem. It'll give him a bunch of bogus readings with the chip in. He also said there was a tech buletin out on K&N type air filters. Evidently Ford has had problems with the K&N type oiling coming off and landing on/burning out the element in the mass air flow sensors.
