Attn. Pro-Sport bed lid owners
As several of you I've experienced some rubbing on the bed from the Pro-Sport lid. In fact it rubbed clean through the base and clear coats. My rubbing occured on the right rear outside corner about 5 inches up from the rear. I called Innovation and talked to one of the installation techs. He told me to adjust the hydraulic lifts or shave the fiberglass. I tried the lift adjustment to no avail. I was looking carefully at the right rear corner and discovered something. I found the the fiberglass sort of dropped down or was lower on the right rear, outside corner about 1/8" lower than the rest of the bed. I got a block sander and took about 1/8" off the bottom there. I then peeled back the carpet inside and shaved the inside of the lip. I then reglued the carpet back down and touched up the bottom of the lip with the paint Innovation provided. Now there's no rub and it even looks better, more uniform.
I don't know if this is related to any of your rubbing problems but I've a sneaky suspicion it is.

I sanded mine as well, you would think they would test fit them when they make the mold

With mine it started to touch at the right rear after a couple of days once the rubber weather seal compressed under the weight of the lid. I actually added some extra rubber weather seal (stick-on from Home Depot) that filled the channel between the lips of the original seal and lifted the lid about 1/16 inch. I also took out my Dremel and ground down the edge so it matched the clearance on the left side.
