Question Slappy the Unhappy Piston

Hey all... How do I find out if I've got a
potential piston slappin' 4.6? Mines a new
2001 (although an early 8/00 manufacture).
I understand that some engines (Romeo?) are
less prone, or that perhaps all newer 4.6's
(I did confirm with Ford that I have the 231
HP model) have a mod. Is there a code on the
valve cover sticker? When does slapping occur? Thanks fellas and ladies!

2001 4.6 auto supercab, 3.55 LS, class III
tow, *** NOT SO SUPER "SUPER COOLING" (I've
got that damn 1.02" ***, 255's, heavy payld.

MODS: Flowmaster 40ser (neighbors love it...)
McGyverized K+N FIPK
SOON: Steps, 3" lift, push bumers plus
Superchip!

Well, it appears the sound file is no longer working, but here's a good link with info.
