You may want to contact the Montana State Attorney General office and see if they can help you. They may have a consumer protetion division. You can file a complaint with them and they may already have a file on this person. These wheels of justice work slow but at least it's free. You may even get advice from your own state.

I think I will take your advice first and contact the Montana State Attorney General office to see what they can do. I really can't afford to lose any more money at this point, especially since my house has been falling apart lately and absorbing all my spending cash.
