Try Mufflex for cat back Flows.

Their Web site is:

http://www.mufflex-performance.com

Several on this board have them.

I dont know....its surprising an 1800 dollar Bassani system does absolutely nothing except make cool exhaust notes.....Its like buying a rolex without the insides. Has anyone tried the full exhaust and can honestly claim no performance increase was apparent?...perhaps a dyno test?

Nostromo,

From what I've read on the boards over the past year or so, I am under the impression that the stock L exhaust setup is pretty good. Cat-back exhaust mods have shown no HP improvement, and I think I remember reading that headers only added about 5 hp or so.

Anybody out there that has dynoed the HP differences for a a stock L with headers, high-flow cats, and/or cat-back?

I just spent the past 2 years in a 99 Trans Am with a wide open Borla exhaust that was just LOUD in the ****pit, so I find the low-key deep chest rumble of the stock L exhaust to be perfect for me. Plus that's one less thing to spend money on (so I can put it towards a chip, filter/intake, pulley, etc.)

I've installed long tube headers; H-pipe and dynomax race magnums. I need to find the time to get to the dyno.
