Post Exhaust Sounds

Thinking about changing the exhaust. Want a beefy, manly sound. Maybe a little bit louder. Suggestions?
Anyone have a .wav file of sound byte of their exhaust?

They're not .wav files, but if you're interested:

Street:
2.0 MB file

Track:
Into the dirt 24 fps, 7 mb

Behind the scenes (pulling off course) 24 fps, 7 mb

Pass #1, 24 fps, 6 mb

Pass #2 plus main straight, 24 fps, 9 mb

The directory itself is http://www.SPIKEENGINEERING.COM/quicktime/
I've removed a bunch of videos that I'm reworking (new codecs - better video/sound/smaller file size).

Spike

i have *.wav files, take your pick, dont know if they still work though, but then again, you can watch some movies while you are at it.

I put mine on the portable dyno last weekend at the NMRA show and drag races. I'd say 50-75 people came up to watch and listen. It must've sounded good because they cheered and clapped when the engine hit 5.5k rpms. It's a Magnaflow 12568. I wish I had gotten the smaller, 12468 though because in my opinion, the "5" is too quiet.

I have not heard any other exhaust setups except Bassani. If you want rumble and grumble, this is the exhaust for you. It sounds very mean.

OK, the best sounding exhuast is a 64 Chevy Impala with a 327 4-speed with glass packs. A 50 Merc with flat head with straight pipes.(flame throwers optional) or top fuel car at 300mph ...Take your pick !! A Lightning needs longer tail pipes to have a growllllll...
