Post Was my I/C fixed

I just picked my truck up from getting the I/C fixed.
Part Number description
FMC XL3Z 3K226 AA Radiator
FMC VC 4A Antifreez
hours: 2.0
total charge 423.33
Was the complets I/C assebley replaced or just my lower radiator? 2 hours seems pretty quick.

Thumbs down

They replaced the wrong part. The part number for the intercooler (a.k.a. aftercooler, a.a.k.a. charge air cooler) is XL3Z-6K775-AA. They swapped the radiator behind the lower grill, not the intercooler. As if that wasn't bad enough, they're trying to screw Ford on the cost- what they did should have only taken about 30 minutes.

It was done under warranty, wasn't it? If not it's time for some ***-kicking.

Z28KLR, Find a new dealer! I've been through the IC situation with Ken Grody, they have it under control now. I believe Phil had his done there too!

Are you the Silver 2000 from the Hooter's meeting?

Email me so we can discuss it.
