Hey guys, I got in my first race today with a guy from work. He has a 99 Cobra Mustang convertible. We raced four times, twice from a rolling start at about 15 mph and twice from a dead stop. we raced up to about 70 mph and I had him by more than a car/truck length each time. It was great fun!!!

Anybody know how fast the 99 Convertible Cobra's are?

The convertible Cobra is heavier than the coupe. 5 sp manual only, and independent rear. This makes it tougher to launch hard.

Oh forgot to mention I have a white 2001L with 1200 miles, stock except for my magnaflow.
