does the 2001 Ls have the same problem with the intercooler. im just interested because i get my silver 2001 on may 31st

 

No problems @ 1230 miles....I do have the reservoir marked, but I really do not forsee any inercooler core problems with the '01 engine...

I've heard a few people say that now of some '01 that have started leaking, but I guess time will tell for sure. About 3000 on mine still doing fine... So far.

Please expound on this if you will! Where and whom did you hear this from? This is very dissapointing news. Is this info from a plausable source?

If you guys look at the intercooler sign in, the average intercooler mileage leak is at around 13,000 miles. That is exactly when my 00 started leaking. So we will still have to wait till you 01 owners pound on some more miles till we know anything for sure.
