Smile SnugTop made good

My Snugtop lid didn't fit well on the truck. Despite several adjustments, it was obvious that the edges of the lid were uneven and didn't mesh well with the lines of the bed. Drove the truck to Snugtop in Long Beach where they were able to make the correct measurements onsite and add fiberglass where needed. Left it with them for a week and drove back up yesterday for the reinstall. Lid is now a perfect fit. Ken Wilkes is the quality control manager there and he is a good guy and will take care of you if you have problems with an ill fitting or ill looking Snugtop lid. Am unable to post pictures but it looks excellent. Very clean.

That's fine if you happen to live close by. But living on the other side of the country, I would be highly pi$$ed, to recieve such an inferior product.

Mine's a piece of $h1t... but I keep it on as a warning to prospective buyers. The Ford Dealership fitted it and nearly wrecked the truck in the process.

Cool

I had a problem with my Glasstite topper after purchase (defects in the fiberglass). My Glasstite dealer shipped it back to the factory (in one of Glasstite's factory cargo vans), made the necessary repairs, and returned it to the dealership, where they reinstalled it for me. All this was accomplished within three weeks without cost to me. As a consequence, I'd recommend Glasstite's products. Glasstite is now a Pendaliner subsidiary.
