Rain at FFW Houston
Is the Fun Ford Weekend a bust in Houston due to the rain this weekend? What a bummer for those who made the long hauls to get there. Good Luck Doug and Dennis.

Well, it never really rained at the track until about 7:00 PM. They were running behind schedule (as usual) so they just rained out. Those that haden't been eliminated in Q/F and F/F were supposed to split up the pay outs. Hopefully things will go better tomorrow. There was a good show of Lightnings. Most were in T/T, some in Q/F. So tha't the latast from FFW, Baytown.

Top Truck got all three rounds of qualifying in today (barely). It started raining during the third round and the rest of the program was scrapped at about 7PM. Doug ran Quick Ford and got put out in the first round by the Jyro Mustand form Dallas. He'll try again tomorrow. I qualified with a best of 13.023 in warm and humid conditions. The pro-tree is kicking my a$$ and I expect an early exit tomorrow unless I can figure it out. Probably a total of 20+ Generation II trucks in Top Truck, Quick Ford, and Street Ford class.
