I hope to be in Phoenix on Sunday the 13th of this month. Are any of the tracks open on this day? Sure hope so.

Not that I know of. Friday nights are open for run what you brung at both Firebird and Speedworld. Wednesday nights are street night at Speedworld. On Sundays it does not show anything at either Speedworld or Firebird.
Even though you can't hit the track, lets hook up and meet anyhow.

Pity about the tracks but it would be cool to meet you. I do not know Phoenix at all so you would have to name the place. With good directions please. I will e-mail you my mobile number then you could talk me in if I still can,t find it! I will be coming in from Flagstaff.

As it stands right now, you and I will have to communicate on the board until I get me email fixed. I am able to send emails, but I'm not receiving them.
Sounds great on meeting you, coming down from Flag you will be on I-17, we can decide on a place to meet, maybe right off the freeway and then go from there. Keep me posted this coming week.
Thanks for the well wishes about work--no regrets though, financially things are nicely in order and realizing that I don't have to go back to work is an incredible feeling!
