Post Fog Lamp Separate Switch

Has anyone changed their fog lamp switch to be separate from the Factory switch? I want to change this so I can run the Fog lamps completely separate. Any info was be greatly appreciated! Also, has anyone put after market gauges in their L's for Boost and Fuel/Air Mix? If so, what company has gauges calibrated for our vehicles?

Thanks,
Woodie

Thumbs up

Just wire your existing fogs (at the connectors) to a 40 amp relay and trigger it through a 12v SWITCHED sourcs( to keep from leaving it accidently on)
Any Manufacture has guages and guage pods for or Ls. I personally used FORD RACING-2" 1/16 Mechanical guages ( more acturate)

Woodie,

This is such a great question it has been covered before. Since you're new, let me introduce you to the FAQ Lightning section. If you hit you back button after reading this and look up in the top left corner of your browser just below the F150Online logo, there is a group of bold red letters that says "NEW TO THE LIGHTNING FORUMS? CLICK HERE!". If you click this you will learn all kinds of things. There is a great writeup on how to modify the fog lights in the Appearance Mods and Other Accessories section. Happy hunting.
