Question adjustable fuel pressure

I am wondering if anybody has an adjustable fuel pressure regulator on their truck. What is an optimal fuel pressure for these trucks? I am just wondering if it is worth doing.

yes i have one but have been unable to find out either. i am thinking with 13# boost i need something more in the way of fuel. i am looking at a gauge to keep on the fuel rail but they are expensive. have to be dot approved.
