Belltech drop spindles and 15" wheels

I have searched and could not find a definitive answer. I have converted to 15" wheels via adapters and trying to find out if the drop spindles will work with the Weld Prostars. The wheels have a 3.5" backspace and the adpaters are 1.3" thick yielding a 1.2" backspace. Will this allow enough clearance for the drop spindles?

I can't imagine that it is remotely possible to mount any 15" wheel to the Belltech spindles. This pic is with the stock wheels:

Unless I'm missing something, I'd have to call this definitive.

it is stamped right on the spindle you must use 18 inch wheels, even with 18's it is a tight fit.

The stock wheels have a 5.5" backspace and I will only have a 1.2" backspace, so I'll have an additional 4.3" and from the pic it looks like that may clear. Anyone with Bogarts done this?

Look under your truck. If the bottom of the stock spindle is completely outside the wheel then it will work. If not, there is no chance.

Oops, 1/4" off. I'll take a good look at tomorrow and see where the spindle is located in relation to the wheel. I thought that I read somewhere that Bogarts with a 3" BS would work with the spindles with minor modifications. Now where did I read that...

Here is a pic. It looks like I may have up to a 1/2" clearance.
