Talking Baby Jake Trophys at Earlville

To all,

Baby Jake walked away with the Trophy class at the Earlville IA drags yesterday, 29 April. It was his steady nerves (I red lighted on the second round...duh), and introduced the East Central Iowa to the Lightning!! Lightning Bob took 3rd in the Sportsman class, and now everyone from that part of IA, knows what a Lightning is...and does. Reality1 is, like myself older, and thus impatient...Oh well...better luck next time. All in all, the four of us did the ILLNESS gang proud...and "a good time was had by all"

Again congrats BJ,

...BigD...

Thumbs up

Thanks BigD!

I had a really great time yesterday. I thought my wife would be suprised that I won my class, but I had no idea she would be EXSTATIC! I think I'll run sportsman class next time.

I had to pull off to the side of the highway on our way home from the track. I forgot to take my chip out of race mode, (1/4 tank of gas burned in less than 20 miles), OUCH!

Thanks again,
Jake...

P.S. No, I STILL didn't make the 12's club.

Baby Jake,
I thought you stopped to get a beer from the back.

Big D,
Thanks for the CDs. My Truck is two years old on Thursday and I finally have CDs.
Nancy showed me how to work them.

Zor Prime, Lightning Bob was Flying as usual.
They told us we had to slow down to run Sportsman.
Jim
