Wet or Dry? From your post I would say it is a dry but you used jets as in plural so I am not for sure.

As for dry, I used a 100 shot before maxing out the stock maf.

As for wet, I used Zex kit with a shot inbetween 125 and 150 hp (none of the websites specified what the shot is, the jet size is right between ratings) That put me at about 550 whp and 740 tq on a 11.6 AFR on 111 leaded fuel. I ran that combination for a little over a year (16 bottles of nitrous). But that was as far as the motor could hold. I added long tubes and dual 3" exhaust and gained 30 hp and 40tq on the motor but the stock motor didn't last long enough on the bottle to make a full pass on the dyno.

A 6# lower and a potted blower is night and day, plus you'll never run out and have to pay to have anything filled. Let us know how the dyno goes

Any more and I would want to drop timing a bit. The Maf is not affected by the wet kit at all. My concern is how much HP the stock pumps can support with fuel. I would want to have a wideband to make sure the AF ratio was good with any more nitrous.
