Valve body for tranny question?

Hey guys can you guys give me the pros and cons for installing a valve body kit for my completly stock lightning 02 with 30,000 miles. I heard good things from this and is a good investment.

Track time improvements...
Longer tranny life...
etc...

Can you guys give me the complete list. THANKS

I am going to do the same thing to my '02 this spring. I am going to buy one from this dude on eBay; his come well-recommended, and his core charge is cheaper than most.

No real bads to speak of, only good things that I know of; less trans slippage, better acceleration, lower trans temps, less wear on the internal parts.

That help answer your question
