Does anyones sc or blower front pully or gear every make a rolling bearing sound? Only in cold weather never in warm weather??

 

Yeah, I get a "rumbling" bearing kinda noise, and yes mostly when cold.

Mine does it too. Took it to the dealer three times. Replaced the blower belt, tensioner pulley, and another pulley. Still does it!

Mine did it in 0 degree temps this last winter. I think it was about 3-4 times and it would last for the first 30 seconds at start-up.Josh

 

I too, took mine to the dealer 3 times. Replaced 2 blower belt idlers and one blowerbelt tensioner.
Still makes the growling noise ALL THE TIME!! Took blower belt off, noise went away. Turned blower pulley felt and heard grinding in the bearing.
S-o-o-o. IT'S Warranteed!!! The blower is Non-Serviceable.
Run it till it seizes up or when you get he I/C fix get a new blower, too.
That's what I am going to do.
