I want to say it was awesome meeting you guys tonight.You are both very nice people.I was a little disapointed of my times but im hoping once JLs chip arrives tomorrow it will all come together 13.0 isnt great concidering my mods and 13.2s are worse .I think some of it was cause the track stunk and the other half because my strait pipes were not on.
Also I want to say helo to all the other l omnews that showed up who dont read this board incase they do because i told them about it.

** DON C, After taking the chip out i could have sworn your times wer 13.6?? Tell me how things went.I left disappointed. Ill be there next week LOADED with mods hope to run better times.

One more thing DON,If you need help with your computer,I can clean them very well and even solder the little contacts like a PRO.Let me know if I can help,You were a very nice person and ill do anything I can to help.Your chip was definatly not working.There is no reason at all you should be running those times with a chip.Looks from your times that your truck will be very strong even without the chip once the track tightens up!! 13.8 with 2.3 60ft??? Wait till you get 1.98s,Youll be running low 13s stock!

Well I am back from the track. It was the first time I have ever ran a 1/4 mile track and I had a blast.
I met a bunch of nice guys, thanks for being so nice. As for my runs the first one I did a 14.329 @ 99.78mph and that was with the JDM chip I took out the chip and ran a 13.851 @ 100.52mph. ,then did a 13.90@ 100.34 also with out the chip. My last run I put the chip back in and did a 13.858 @102.93 mph.
My best 60" time was 2.221 I just couldn't get any traction off the line, but had a blast. Once I learn how to launch this baby I bet my times will improve. I noticed on the way home the truck felt a lot peppier than it did before so maybee I didn't clean the contacts good enough, I will reclean them tomorow and see if it helps.
But a 13.851 @ 100.52mph with a 60' time of 2.326 with no chip isn't to bad, and once I fix the nut that sits between the wheel and the seat maybee I can get some more respectable numbers
hdmilliemum was running 13.20's all night his truck is quick, But my last run I ran him and thought he would smoke me that was the run I did the 13.85 at 102.93 he lost traction big time and a kicked his butt, hehe

hdmlnium thanks for the advice on how to launch. Once I get my chip working better, and with the other little mods I have planned we will see. It would be fun to run the whole way down the track neck and neck, both doing low 13's.
