Post PSP News

Hey all, Sal here. I have an announcement that all need to know about. Spiro is going to be PSP's new customer relations rep. He will be taking all orders, answering tech questions, and basically be handling all customer correspondence. He has a great knowledge of our products, so everyone can feel comfortable asking him questions. Power Surge will now have a new phone/fax number (will be up within the next week) and new e-mail address for both sales and tech. Once these new numbers and e-mail are up, please do not call or e-mail me at the old ones. I made this decision because I cannot keep up with customer correspondence and still keep up with products. This new company structure will free up most of my time for me to make product and do needed R&D work. Please do not feel that I will not be here if anyone needs me specifically; I am not isolating myself, I am just freeing up more time for manufacturing. If anyone needs me specifically, Spiro can alert me of emergencies, and he call also ask me directly for any info. It's easier for me to answer 20 questions from one person, then to answer 20 questions from 20 people :-). When the new number and e-mails are up, I will let everyone know. Thanks from Power Surge Performance!!

I was wondering when you two were going to come out of the closet. LOL. I think this will be a good move for you. Keep you off the computer and back in the shop. Best of luck to both of you. If the weather cooperates I will finally get to test all of my PSP toys this Sunday. Spriro be by your phone on Sunday just in case I don't crack the 12's. I may need an emergency order of go-fast.

LOL..You got it. I would love to hear some feedback from all of you.

I think this is a good move for both me and Sal and especially PSP. I love these trucks so much. And I also know that people miss my TECH and quick E-mail replies.

It's good to be back running under PSP power again. And I look forward to doing what I can to make everything run as smoothly as possible.

WFC3 was a great event for TEAM PSP,And I must say that I am proud to be going back to defend my STREET LIGHTING TOP QUALIFIER this year under PSP power again. A safe and healthy race year to all

It's obvious to all that I love working with, and talking to many of you.
How about some input?? I think this is a positive move for all

First things first, conratulations for the 11.9 run. I saw the video and I watched it about 10 times, AWESOME!!
Next, It's good to hear your getting the chance to get back doing what you love. It was always great talking to you at your last lightning tuners place. I know this is about PSP so I didn't want to mention any other tuners names. I have never dealt with PSP but I'm always looking for more toys to put on the L.
So Spiro and Sal I wish you the best and I'm sure we will be talking soon..

Spiro & Sal,

I think thats great news!!!

2 good people getting together to provide some great products and great service...Can't go wrong there...

I think that the union will help solidify PSP as a major player.

I guess PSP has to start stocking N02 systems

Spiro, are you going to be arranging any group buys????

Just throw some Slovaki in with each of my orders....and the recipe for the Cucumber sauce

Anyway, thanks to Sal & Spiro for helping out with my many questions and quirks....

Later
