The Meguiar's Ford Focus, built by Nuformz Inc... produces between 800-1000 horsepower out of a 4 cylinder Zetec Ford powerplant. It's full carbon fiber body and tube frame chassis weighs in at about 1250 lbs. Providing most of the power is a huge titanium spooled turbo by HKS.

So, what makes it a Focus? The head lights?

Nope - if you look carefully, you'll see they're painted on. I've seen that done on NASCAR cars too.

Cool

Yeah, saw this car at the L.A. auto show. About as much of a Focus as John Force's car is a Mustang.
And Zeus, a G-tech (as you can see from my sig I are the proud owner of which), is a cute little device technically known as an accellerometer (not to be confused with a rectal thermometer) which measures your 0-60 time, 1/4 mile time, blood alcohol level, and whether you are pregnant or not, or about to be, with such great precision that you can collect a myriad of information without ever leaving your driveway, thereby minimizing the exposure of your prized vehicle to the nasty elements, not to mention prying eyes or electronic timers.

All I help but think of is the white 99 Focus that was at the Oreilly Fall Nationals at Ennis, TX in Oct 99...

They finally let the thing up to run, two sounds were heard. One was the nasty noise made when twin turbos blow up. The other was the immense roar of the crowd laughing their asses off as they pushed the thing off the track.
