Post Truck tents for the lightnings Anybody??????

Ok I need to order a truck bed tent for my lightning so I can go to this country thunder concert in july. Well I looked through the JCwhitney and they have the tents but they don't have one specifically designed to fit the flareside bed on my lightning. So I guess I need to ask some of you guys if there's a company that makes them for that bed, or is there a way to make that one fit. Do any of you know which one would fit for the flareside bed's. I'm lost now.

I told you guys that I'm willing to try anything. I like some country???

I checked with that sportZ and they have them for the style side, but not for the 97-00 styleside which is just great to here. I'll keep on checking with them to see if there's a way to make it work, Us lightning guys are born to modify, HEHEHEHE.

thanks guys.

All right I got the tent on order and I also got the rug for the inside from that stylin concepts, and the best part was that they beat JCwhitney's prices when I told them they where cheaper. So I'm ready to party now. Now I just want to get one of those plug in cooler and the areo extra bed in a minute. Tell me that wouldn't be a bad a$$ bed to sleep in, YEE HA!!!! sorry I had too. thanks again guys.

Oh ya, I'll take pics of probably the first lighting to pitch a tent in the back, HAHAHAHAH. should be funny.

Thats what I'm talking about, 4 days of music and parties in a camp ground area. I don't care what you listen to, sounds like fun to me.

Don't know exactly what you need, but I just bought one of these for the drag strip. At 13' its wide enough to pull under. I bought it here because shipping was only 5.00. Cheap.

That is just what i have been looking for also. Summit Racing told me last fall that Sportz would have the tent available for the Flairside by this spring, but your price is even cheaper since they don't charge shipping. I'm going to order mine now.---Jim

Killa,

I'm sure a model for a 97+ Flareside would fit fine..

Didn't know they two-stepped at club nocturnal...

A company called SPORTZ makes one for the stepside. Check out Performance Products. They show one for a stepside, p/n 804204 for $169.00. Stylin Concepts has them for the same price in thier catalog.

www.stylinconcepts.com

I didn't check out the web page to see if they're there I have the catalogs.

Don't know much about the quality. The mounting appears to be straps run around the outside of the bed and under the truck.
