How do I know if my l's computer got reflashed??

How do I know if my l's computer got reflashed??
I'm just wondering if there is a way to tell if my trucks computer got reflashed to a cux2 computer program. I reinstalled the chip and mass air and it seems to go ok, but then again I haven't had the chance to really get on it yet. Is there any sign I can look for?

RTKILLA, from what i've been told the 99 CUX1 chip won't work AT ALL in the CUX2 PCM.

So my truck wouldn't even start up then? If so thats good cause she's running. I just need to strecth her lags out, tommorow on the way to get the new mustang from racecraft, I can't wait! to get the mustang that is.
