Red face L in shop for innercooler #2

Title pretty much says it. First innercooler went south at about 15k miles. At 26k miles, jumping a guy yesterday I noticed that in the last two weeks I lost half a reservoir that was filled to top after last replacment.

I called SVT this morning. They said they knew that this was a problem, and gave me a possible TSB # for it. 00-6-014. They said if that doesn't come up, have service manager call the hotline and talk to Jake Doss or Robin Curry. SVT guy also said that they have a fix in testing right now, but no idea when it would be released.

I guess we can only hope. I think I'm heading to BON in a few minutes to post my new results.

That's wierd, I met Jake the other day. He told me of a 2001 that did a 13.7 with a guy that weighed 300 lbs. and a passenger that came in at around 250 lbs at Milan. I didn't know he was part of the SVT hotline people.

I don't think Jake is part of the SVT Hotline. He is part of the Ford Dealer Service Hotline or whatever they have. I think he just happens to be Lightning Smart, which obviously not all Ford Service people are.
