I'm assuming they didn't fix this problem on the 2001's since I heard mine pop with just a little over 1000 miles. Can anyone confirm this?

NeedFourSpeed, you better hope thats the only problem thats related to the 99-00 Lightning, and you know what I mean. I lost about 3" in the last 1200 miles. Add to that, my service writer has the audacity to say that my intercooler isn't leaking, but wonders where I got my leaking intercooler info. I told himn it was confidential.

 

Hey NeedFourSpeed: The slot is still there in the control arm. The factory washers have four points on them that are supposed to grip but they don't. I have installed Herb's washers.
