Excellent AutoX day
Saturday I was at a driving school, Sunday the meeting. I met Mike, a multiple US champion in his class and many times runner up. He came up from Tacoma to help with the driving school and run in the meeting on Sunday.
The best time of the day was a 59.7 in a modified MR2 turbo. 2 Z06 Vettes were running 60 and 61 seconds. My class, F-stock, had a best time of 64.5, a guy in a 91 300ZX N/A. Up steps Mike, in my truck, running for the first time in 7 years in a V8 rear wheel drive vehicle. 64.133 !
My best run after that was a 66.3. So that means the truck was 1st and 3rd at the end of the day. This thing is amazing !! So many people came and said they would not have believed it if they did not see it for themselves.
