I made another post with my numbers in it: 338 RWHP and 398 torque, along with my newbie mistakes. Quite a few readers of this board were there and I was hoping they'd post their results as well.

356H.P. I think I waited to long to stand on it so it would'nt downshift, so I dont think it was as good as it should have been. It reminded me of my first time at the strip, I did'nt know what the hell I was doing but I had a blast.

Keep the numbers coming. I heard someone broke 400hp? Anyone know what mods were used to do it?

I know that "Bad as L" got over 400 HP, he's being way too quiet! Action 911 also scored way up there. C'mon guys, stop lurking!

Hey people,
I just got back into town. First I would like to thank you for letting me and Dale come. I had a great TIME! Your a great group of people. My first run was similar to Jeff's run. I waited to long to get in it.
1st run
Max POWER=365.3
Max TORQUE=417.3
The torque #s are low becaues it took the reading on the top of the rpm band or the tires my have slipped.

2nd run
Max POWER=370.5
Max TORQUE=462.0
This motor is an 01 with about 60 miles on the clock. Pro-M mass air/A chip that Sal programed for the mass air. I got home and me and Dale put in an Level Ten shift kit and his pulley. Oh my Goodness the truck was CRAZY!!! The mass air table's didn't like the extra air. Slight ping. The chip is on the way back to Sal as I type. Jason I'll send you the parts number's you requested.

Thanks guys!!! We must get together.

Besafe Herb ;-)

Oh I forgot to tell you that my 01 motor has the 01 upper maniflod/blower on it. If any of you get the chance to have Ford replace your motor don't let them take you upper 01 manifold/blower and replace it with you old one!! There's HP THERE!! All they have to do is lenghting one wire harness from the driver's side of the manifold to the passenger's side! Its that easy. I don't know why the dealership's are not doing this. Ford sends every thing that you need! A new motor and blower. The dealership is the one that dosen't do the job right. It's my understanding that Ford dosen't tell them to do this. Man I'm going to be in trouble for this one. This is all that I'm going to say about this from this point on. I've seen here that a few people have had this done to them. :-(

Action911,

Are you going down to re-dyno your new mods soon? I hear there's a Mustang place in Auburn that can do it too (near Dale?). I want to re-run again and would like to take another look at those awesome mods of yours.

It was great meeting you guys!

Regards,
Frans

Hi Frans
The place your talking about is Blood Enterprises. They are very expensive and I have heard some not so good things about there dyno. It has 4 small rollers that your tires sit into, and some guys with street tires are claiming they don't hook up very well. I'm not sure about that one, but that is what I here.
