Post Anyone tried these speakers?

I was wondering if anyone of you have these and what you thought of them? I was thinking about putting them in all 4 holes to replace the stock ones. I'm set on keeping the head unit, and I'm not looking for any "Big Pimpin" kinda sound. Just something a little clearer than stock.

Yeah, those would not be what you're looking for I think. I agree with Tampa, check out the Polks, they'd probably be more appropriate for what you want.

These may be a good replacement for the rears...

Well actually I did want more bass, just not cab thumping, bed hopping, blow out your neighbor's dogs ears popping bass. I do want as much bass as I can fit in the stock speaker holes, but I also need a lot more clarity then I'm getting out of these stock speakers. Thanks for the input guys! I will check out the Pioneers and Polks as well the website listed!

Damn.... You're gonna get bass out of those. Maybe not what you're looking for?
Maybe what I'm looking for, though. Thanks....

I went with the Polk DX 7's(3-ways). $140.00 a pair. Excellent, crystal-clear sound. My choice if you're not into Snoop Doggie Dog.

2000Black,
I was noticing you were looking at Crutchfield.com and I wanted to give you a site that I found that could save you a lot of money. This is the site: http://thezeb.com/zebaudio.html

As for the Infinty's I like their sound. Hope you can find some good deals.

Just wanted to give some places I found on the internet:

I used this one: http://digitalwavez.com/enter.html

The prices and service are great.

I have not used this one but the prices seem good:

I bought 2 pair of Cerwin-Vega Stealth SS-2683 and have done the doors only so far. sound MUCH better than OEM. The rears will take a while.

No kidding. Those paper cone tweeters from the factory suck. I used Polk Audio and they sound great.
