What a difference from the old super chip program I had on there before. The truck just drives so much better and pulls so awesome on the shifts. Sal, awesome job with it, I love it. Now I just want to try out the race, and the NOS programs.

RTKILLA- off the topic, but what brand and color caliper paint did you use? And does the color match good? Did you leave the calipers on or take them off when you painted them?
I just picked up my red '01 last night and I think the calpiers need to be painted.

 

I used the VHT brake and caliper paint for mine. the color is a little off at first but then it fades after a week or so and blends in allot better. I took my brakes off when I did it. Just make sure you scuff the brakes real good and it might be a good Idea to try out a primer first. I didn't try it but it took me about 6 coats before I was happy with it.

The funny thing is that as soon as I get them painted my uncle tells me he knows a guy the would powder coat them for $100. Kinda got me mad the hear that one. I would have got the powder coating done if I knew. maybe later on once this paint starts to look bad. holding up real good so far.
