I got the same exact one but without the Ford logo on the top. Picked it up at the same time when I picked my 01 L and only for $29.99.

Take a venture into your local dealers parts department. They usually have frames available. Check out www.palmspringsmotors.com In Cathedral City Ca. Thats where I bought both of our trucks and they had those frames for every model Ford and Lincoln in stock.
