Hey guys i have an 02 L. Just wanted to know if the Left lower control arm is the same as a 97-03 Normal 2wd f150? Or if you guys know good cheap spots to buy original part? My steering stop broke need to replace the whole control arm! THANK YOU

 

As far as I know, the steering stops are the only difference between the base model LCAs and the Lightning LCAs.

But you can buy the steering stops by themselves. They are a Ford Racing part.

 

yes but how do you get the stop back on, tack weld?

edit-i saw on their site it had two bolts, IIRC theres no way to utilize a bolt on that application, the way the lip of the lca rolls up makes it damn near impossible to fit the bolt through

You'd just need to drill out the stud where the stock one fell off, and bolt the FRPP one on.
