Any Wet Cherry Wax Users?
OK guys i'm waiting here. I use McGuirers oh my God yellow paste and during the winter thier pink paste, gold i think. So i hear about the yellowing and then the Zaino. I was about ready to try some and now we are wet cherries. While the cost of these is not too high, i really dont want to open a buff N puff. So i'll be watching to see what the consensus is, if there is one.
Thanks guys.

REDDAWGY, Meguiars makes great products and I still use it on some of my vehicles. I started using Zaino last year on my L and really like the results on the RED color. Zaino is real easy to use and if the proper steps are followed the finish comes out looking awesome like on my lightning. Heard about cherry wax last year and have been wanting to try it since then. I hope it works well. we will see how it compares to the Zaino polishes. thanks 95rcobra.
I bought my very wet cherry wax at auto chem sysyems in hawaii. It cost me some more than buying from Coats but the service from auto chem systems was excellent. ordered on thursday afternoon and the pickup notice was at my post office box yesterday. I will be picking it up tommorrow and trying it out. thanks to DJY for mentioning auto chem systems. later 95rcobra.

I picked up my very wet cherry wax at the post office today and spent the last 2 hours doing a Zaino vs. wet cherry wax comparison. First let me say that my red lightnings finish has already been fully clay cleaned, stripped with wax and grease remover and had a pre polish conditioner put on before many coats of #5 zaino polish. so the shine and finish is already great. to make it fair I used the pre polish cleaner on the engine hood. did half zaino half wet cherry on the hood. as far as ease of application I found the Zaino a little easier to apply because of the back and forth motion with applicator as opposed to the circular motion application recommended for the cherry wax. The drying time was in favor of the cherry wax with the zaino taking about 15 minutes longer. temp was around 45-50 degrees when applied. removal of polish was equal with both being real easy to take off with no powder residue for either one. I use a large white american made towel like fieldcrest or cannon for polish removal. they work great. WELL after taking off both polishes I can honestly say that the very wet cherry wax has a deeper more reflective and wetter looking finish than the Zaino polish. It is not by much but you can see the difference. what impressed me most about the cherry wax is how well it fills in minor imperfections. I have no swirl marks but the cherry wax will definitely fill them in. I finished the rest of the hood with the cherry wax and it looks super. my judgement is still out right now until I see the L in the daylight sun. then I shall be convinced. Zaino is great polish and I will still use it on some of my five vehicles. The cherry wax will be great for my red L and the 95r. It is a no lose situation. these two are the best polishes that I have ever used. Of course this is just my opinion and everyone is entitled to their own and I respect that. sorry for a long post. thanks 95rcobra.
NeedFourSpeed.. If you're serious, my email is in my signature, just tell me what I need to give you, do or what not. I'm dying to see what will look good on my Black L. We all know how black shows everything, and I'm hoping this will fill in some of those swirl marks.

That orlando site is not far from where I work, and a heck of a lot cheaper than Zaino. Accorgingly sounds like it does a good job. I think I'll be making a trip down there and pick some up and check out some of there other products.
