hidden hitch and roll pans question

well, my L is in the shop getting a street scene roll pan and step put on. the factory hitch had to go to get the roll pan on. now i am looking for a hitch system that will work. any ideas on where i can find something that will work with the roll pan? i need the hitch so i can tow my boat and quads and maybe a car trailer. any help would be great.

Might be a stupid question, but do all roll pans eliminate/ have interference with the stock hitch or just certain brands. Dont some brands keep the stock hitch but you have to remove the liscence plate and access it through the hole?

Also, could you modify the stock hitch? Cut an inch or 2 off the reciever tube end and move the pin hole back and inch or 2, or just cut the tube out and reweld it a couple inches back? Just a couple ideas/questions I thought I'd throw out.

I just bought another L that has the SS rollpan and the hidden hitch. Also has the flip up license plate

I'm going to get rid of the hitch and the lic plate mount if you're interested.
