Exclamation Nitrous Junkies!

Just reading some of the posts here I see that some of you guys are just using manual triggers for your juice.
Some advice. (only if you want it)
Get a mastermind or some other electronic controller. All kinds of safety features for loss of fuel pressure, percentage of juice, activation points, etc. are there. I run one on my drag car and WOULD NOT do without! And it would even be more important on my Lightning if I decided to go that route.
Hey, it's great stuff. Just got to use it right. Otherwise...It's just a matter of time.

Actually, I am the only one using a manual trigger for the NITROUS activation.
And I also do agree with you that all safety features need to be taken very seriously!! I chose this manual activation for my first time out, because I felt that I would have better control.

Lets not forget:

everyone needs to do their homework on this, otherwise it will not work and could or will be fatal to your truck

I personally did my research for months on this, any and all information I have learned and gained was for safety reasons!!

I would like to take the time to thank WYLDMAN and 1BADTK for all their help and support for my nitrous project, and of course Sal for letting me test his nitrous program, with great results on a windy Day.
Without them, I would have easily blown my truck right up!!!

Thanks Guys

Spiro, you're not alone.... Mine is on a coiled button that I can pull out of the dash when needed.

Done responsibly, I think we can handle it.

I decided not to install the microswitch on the throttle because I don't want it seen. Those that have seen my "stealth" setup understand why.

As long as you hit it above 3500 rpms, I don't see a problem. Personally, I'd want to know when it's on.
Mine was installed for show. Not performance. I've only used it one day at the track. The purge is great, though...
