Welcome JL,
I realize that the situation sucks and I'm sorry that your having to go thru this mess.
HOWEVER, I love my Diablo chip,.......So its awesome for me to have JL's knowledge to make my L even stronger.
My question now is, will the Diablo be able to accommodate the 90mm MAF soon? Will my Diablo chip be able to be re-burned?

JL, your not getting off that easy. What happend? We have a right to know. You and Spiro both worked with JDM, and thats why many of us (myself included) spent our money with them. Not because of Jim, but because of YOU TWO!!!! He has a small chunk of my money, and unlike Sal, (who sometimes took forever to deliver, but never charged me until he shipped), JDM cashes the checks and charges the credit cards when they have no product to deliver. So how about one of you guy's comming clean and tell us W.T.F. Are the pulleys junk again?

What if I want to get a reburn on my JL chip? Hopefully the Diablo stuff will make as much or more HP(safely) than the other guys. Maybe JL will gives us guys that have his chip a deal on a Diablo chip. Good luck is what ever you do. Everyone has to get up in the morning and look themselves in the face and know they are doing the right thing...

I recently bought a JDM flip chip and a 90mm MAF, and I had no problems with my order. However, I wonder what is happening, after all this is the second dissociation with JDM in a very short amount of time. Obviously, MONEY has something to do with the dissociations, but one has to wonder if people are not getting what was promised.
Well after so many posts asking why I will give you at least one of the reasons. I purchased the 2001 meter from JDM. I missed the first batch by a couple,so I had to wait a few days for the next batch to arrive. No big deal. Well after waiting two weeks,I call and Jim said he would get it right out,and I told him that Johnny would reburn my chip for me. I waited 4 days and kept a eye on svtperformance to see about my order and it wasn't being shipped,so I posted a nasty letter that was deleted by Jim. He calls the next day,and says hes been waiting on my chip, which was never the deal. Anyway he sends me a chip that is supposed to be Johnny's latest program setup for the 01 meter. Well it isn't,and I talked to Johnny about it over several emails, and both of us were real upset about it. I don't about the rest ,but thats bad business and I KNOW Johnny is a damn good guy,as he has done plenty for me and I support him fully on his decsion. I will also drop superchip once Johnny gets his new programs up and running with Diablo sport. I hope this at least sheds some light on the subject,as I really would not like to go into futher detail. Thanks Mike

I ordered quite a few parts from JDM, What was in stock is sent right out. The pulley & TB on the other hand, Is causing a lot of delays. Nobody else has TB's to sell now so I'm not blaming them. It's my belief that JDm's pulley is the best one on the market, They're just having problems with production, I'll wait. I only want the best, & however long it takes, isa sacrifice I'm willing to make. Just because Spiro, & Johnny doesn't stay with JDM, don't automaticly assume that there must be something major wrong. I know everybody likes spiro on this board, but did anybody ever think that maybe Spiro caused his own demise at JDM? Why is it that 12 people on the board got thier TB's and I didn't!? I was the first to order one. Spiro was in charge of shipping & handling the orders. RobG is trying to sort through, & ship the orders IN ORDER. as far as Johhny goes, I don't know what happened, but business partners (Or allies) commonly disagree with each other and have fall outs that sometimes can't be rectified. That doesn't mean one or the other is automaticly at fault! JDM's main problem with delays, has been the pulleys & TB's. If you need a pulley in a hurry, order one from SAl. If you need a TB, GOOD LUCK! the way I see it JDM is still the greatest Lightning tuning shop period. Demand for thier products has been awesome. PSP had the problems with producton too, remember? IF YOU WANT THE BEST, WAIT LIKE THE REST. Supply & demand. Nomex suit is on. Lloyd
Hi Everyone,
I am going to request that you continue this discussion via email with JL directly, rather than on the boards. This is a business issue and it not really appropriate to discuss it here. Thanks!
