I just wanted to start a new post because for the last couple of Days we have been looking at the weather for Friday. It looked good at first then bad, then good, and now it definatley says rain. Wayne Paul race way parks events director highly suggested we change the date untill next friday. The weather stations we have been checking say it supposed to rain as early as noon. The last thing we want is to only get the track for a few hours when there will be so many cars there. Also if the rain comes in sooner it would really ruin the whole day. So we are going to host is Nov 16th the following Friday. Exactly 1 week to the day from our orignal scheudle.

Sorry to be the barrer of bad news but i wanted to let everyone know in time.

Yeah, I've been watching the weather pretty close myself, I think you guys made a good call by putting it off until the 16th..
I will change my day off at work to reflect JDM day for sure..

damnit because thats the day before SSOTN and not sure if I feel like doing all that running around to two events with no break in between. also works out crappy for my work schedule now with how the pay periods fall. was going to work next friday so I could have the day after thanksgiving off, but if I go I'm gonna have to use some annual time up to get that day off.

woohoo because I would have had to leave JDM day early if it was this friday to head back to Philly to take a midterm for my night class, so dont gotta worry about that now

Wish I had seen this post earlier, as I rushed to change my oil, regapped my plugs, mounted my front race tires, and put the smaller front 20's on the rear last night.

If I had known I could have waited, or done it a little at a time

 

Dont know bout Jersey, but a 110 miles away here in NY it's been raining since I woke up @ 5am this morning... and those sob's are expecting a little snow for parts of NJ later today (Fri)

it started to rain about an hour ago here and im 45min to an hour from Etown.. good decision JDM!!!

 

hmm, i'm actually off friday.. i have stuff to do in the am, but maybe i could make an appearance though... it's not likely but you never know.
