Spare tire key

Hey guys, I have a problem! First, look what happened:

This happened last night (wife) coming home from work. There were a pile of bricks in the road (must fell off a truck), she couldn't dodge them because of oncoming traffic. At least she pulled over to check and seen that a big gash was cut into the tire. Get this, 1 1/2 miles from home. Now the problem, I don't have a tool to let down my spare. It was suppose to be in the glove box. Yep, never had one. I had this truck for almost 3 years and never had to let the spare down, so never thought about it until last night. I was so pissed. Had to drive home on the flat (tire was already ruined). Ford said I have to bring it to them so they could try cut out the lock or try to order one for it. I cant drive the truck, no spare. Have to order a tire. I just can't win. I hope I can get it fixed before deployment, or I will just store it on jack stands.
Anybody know a way of getting the tire down without the key or damaging my truck? Could maybe a lock key from another ford fit? any info would be appreciated.

I'm in the same position as you, I just didn't get a flat (yet.) I never got a key with my truck.

possible tire key location

My 04 had the key tie-wrapped to the jack, under the passenger seat.

update!!
Got the tube off, put a socket on it to see if I could get a snugg fit, pulled the socket out, look what came with it. I dont think that is suppose to happen, anyway, it had a slot, so the jack handle turned it, had a little slack, but got the tire down. You can bet that this thingy ma jig is not going back in as long as the jack handle will do the job. I don't think anyone would steal my spare.
