355ish HP and around 410/420 torque would be my guess

Ladies And Gentlemen....

I just got done putting my beloved Lightning on the dyno, and the numbers are in!

Run #1: 343rwhp, 420ft-lb, 10.5 lbs boost

so far, so good...

Run #2: 351rwhp, 422ft-lb, 10.6 lbs

even better...

Run #3: 356rwhp, 432ft-lb, 10.7 lbs boost.

This was all done on a mustang dyno using powerdyne software. Which means that, according to the guy there saying that the power-loss ratio for this dyno is about 1.44, my actual engine horsepower would be

513 HP AND 623 FT-LBS OF TORQUE!!!!!

Holy s--t! I was not expecting that at all! I thought i might get ~400 hp but not 500!

With a very conservative tune, it ran a 1/4 mile sim in 13.99s. I thought that was kinda slow but it was because of the horrible 60ft time, 2.21s.

But hey, i am absolutely thrilled right now! I love this truck!

Them numbers sound good I also have the flowmaster cat-back system and a k&n CAI, with that said I should be around that also, but the remarks about being in the 5 hundo club doesn't seem right to me. the numbers you listed sound about right to me looking at many other threds

500/600

Red, I know those numbers sound a little high from what i asked about earlier with it just having the filter and muffler, but i find out that the truck is pulleyed and has a custum tune, as shown by the 11lbs of boost. i havent done anything to the truck, bought it as-is, that's part of the reason why i wanted to get it on the dyno to see what it was making. i had a feeling that it had more than just the filter and muffler cause i can stand on it while cruising at 40 and the tires will easily break loose. The guy who owned the truck before me must have done a really good job.
