Hey Mod, geat time!! Isnt it a good feeling when you run your best time? Interesting that you ran your best time during the day when it was warmer out. Do you think it has to do with the 107 finally mixing in with your gas? I think that if you add a little 107, doensdt it take a little time to mix up then fiannly get to the engine?! Damn, pretty soon I will need to get out there to defend my 13.20 against you guys! Also, how ,uch gas was in the tank? I think the best is just under 1/4 a tank. When I went Fri night I was just under 1/2, I think that is too much!?

modd69,
Congrats on your new best time. That is a very respectable time thinking about the other Lightning the week before with the full gammet of mods just barely running a better time than yours--and his run was on a much colder night.
Hey, is the altitude figure you are arriving at from your weather station? The reason I ask is that the Speedworld home page advertises the altitude at the track as 1250ft.
I also ran my best run that night 13.474/102.192, beating my previous one time best run of a 13.548 (and that was on a much, much colder night). So, the JDM setup is definitely running stronger in my truck. Considering I'm running the F1's, tonneau cover, 92 fuel and mudflaps, I'm pretty happy with my new time.

Yoda: I always go to the track with the low fuel light on. I add 4 to 5 gallons of race gas and then drive up and down the return road a few times to get the regular gas out of the fuel line. It a great feeling to run a new best, but more impotantly to run consistant.
Peter: Yes the altitude reading is from the weather station and is the corrected altitude not the actual altitude. I agree that your times ar3e very good as well. I think you need some practice getting out of the hole, but a 13.47 is a great number. Your cover also must add some weight and with out it I'm sure you are in the 13.20's with a 1.98 60'.
