Cool Urethane Bushings

Hello All,
I am just passing along some information.
I had my new rear differential installed this week, but as of two weeks ago I thought I was going to have trouble locating Bushings for springs, but I found a local distributer in NJ that carries every bushing you will ever need for your truck(they deal with ENERGY SUSPENSIONS in Calif also) and they have been in business for along time.
I was happy they got the bushings in needed in 1 day, for me that was a great turn around.
there called "Just Suspensions" in Fairfield NJ (973)808-0066

* just so you know they are another option other than California distributers.

Question

Well, I agree that polyurethane bushings are a fine idea, but I went to the Energy Suspension web site http://www.energysuspension.com/ I certainly couldn't find any applications for our trucks. Maybe Just Suspensions is sourcing them elsewhere?

Run351,

I really want those urethane bushings. Can you let me know if they have them for the Gen2's?

I called ENERGY SUSPENSIONS a few months back and was told nothing available right now and no commitment for the future. For the front- end I am sure we can get close to something already available if we measure the parts we want replaced.

I have found Energy suspension to be less than helpful to Lightning owners. The sales reps on the end of the line only know what's in the catalog. They don't know beans if it isn't a kit already listed. I have even e-mailed their tech dept.(twelve times before they replied with," we have no listings for a Lightning unless the part is interchangable with a stock F 150"). You must find a distributor or someone who has done the reasearch to find the parts. Energy wouldn't even answer Tommie Vaughn Ford, one of the biggest Ford go-fast distributors in the country. I guess business must be tremendous at Energy!
