I need to remove the drivers door panel, how hard is it ??

 

very easy. remove the trim on the upper left above the door panel. there is one screw under there. then remove the trim around the door lever. there is one screw under there. that's all the screws. then remove the panel that has the power mirror, door locks and power window switches, pull up from the front. then unplug the plugs from underneath that panel. then just pull up on the door panel. very easy. slides back on surprisingly easy also for the reinstall.

i can't remember ever doing a door panel easier then this.

My buddies 01 stand had the drivers window get stuck down. The f'n door panel wouldnt' come off. We destroyed it trying to get it off. Went back on with sheet metal screws!!!! He had enough!!!

 

In reviewing this great article, the addition of the door entry key pad has my interest.
