What dealers in the Cinci area were willing to work with you on an L with the x-plan? Thanks!

I was told by Townsend, Bob Williams, Woody Sander, and the dealership in Tri-County (I think it's Kerry, but I can't remember for sure... lol) that they would all honor the "X", so I finally ordered from Woody (that dealership is right down the road from where I work, and my parents have bought vehicles from them in the past). I ordered last Fri. night and got a quote of $28,900 with the soft bed cover. Now all I have to do is wait til early-mid April... Let me know if you have any other ?'s.

Roger - I called Woody (spoke with Rick) and he was by far the "coolest" dealer to talk about x plan pricing over the phone. Most dealers seem to take offense when you suggest an L at this price. They have an unsold allocation about 6-8 weeks out that I may try and get my name on.

Hey Steve. When I ordered my truck (last Fri. night) they said that they had 2 L's being built this week. One became mine (black) and looks like the other might be yours! I dunno what color that they ordered besides my black though. Hopefully it will be in by mid April though. I also can't wait to drive it to WFC in May. What part of town do you live in? After we pick up our trucks we will have to head out to Edgewater and see what they'll do!

Roger - I'm located in Landen right behind Kings Island. I'm still working with one of the guys on this board to get my x-plan pin so I may or may not make it in time to get my name on that second L at woody. They told me its white which I hope I can change (sorry but I'm really leaning towards black or silver). There are a ton (by a ton I mean 3 or 4) of other L's right around this area as well. I'm fairly new to Cinci so I haven't been to the Motorpark. We'll definitely have to give 'em a run after there broken in...

Steve, if you want, I'll tell my salesman that I know a guy that wants to get an 01 L from them but he doesn't qualify for the "X" and see if he can get it for you at the "X" price. I won't tell him any other details, other than "Just a guy I know". Maybe they will be willing to give it to you at the same price that I paid for mine, just to sell another one. Besides, they still get their holdback, so they are still making money. Let me know if ya want me to ask him.

Roger - give it a try. I'm fairly confident in my ability to track down a pin its just how much time is it going to take to get it. However, if they go for it, I don't know what they'll do about the guy I've already been talking to (who gets the sale).
