CB there have been lots of posts of trucks with the door cracks that do not have power windows. It's the moving up and down of the window that flexes the metal of the door, causing metal fatigue and, eventually, the crack. Whether the window goes up and down powered by electricity or by hand does not matter.
Mine has craked (56000KM),and I know it has nothing to do with power windows as my 98 does not have them.
