Post Another Lightning bites the dust

I stopped at Dairy Queen to get my favorite cone, a double dip of Butter Pecan when what should pull up but, a brand new Lightning. The driver jumped out, went to the window and ordered a double dip cone, I think it was Cookie Dough. Two fists come out of the window with a cone in each. As we both reached for our treat we glanced at each other, he gave me that little nod and I knew we were on!

His hole shot was impressive, it looked like the top scoop completely dissappeared. His cone started spinning like crazy however, I think the pecans enabled me to get more bite. There were some horrified parents waiting with their kids and they were getting splattered with drippings and bits of cone, anyway the kids seemed to enjoy it.
Then, Bam! it was over. My empty hands are thrust in the air and he's holding at least two fingers of cone.

We didn't speak. I think that cold 'heartburn' feeling hit us at the same time.

Anyway that first 'kill' is kind if addictive.
I'll be at Burger Doodle this weekend...

Talking

I don't want no trouble with MRBBQMAN. I feel like I'm on his turf.
There are lots of people that make me laugh but, he is the only one that makes me 'pee my pants'.

another good one Raoul. my personal favorite is still the Evelyn Wood speed reading competition at the DR's office . for you newbee's (like under 1800 posts), Raoul's been doing these for a long time. don't let the Lightning topic keep from posting anything here, these guys (and gals) would find competition in a pee stream, especially if one was emitting from a LS-1, or as of late , a GEETEEPEE

Raoul

You have to post a picture of yourself. I am dying to see what a nut like you looks like.

I allways try to picture what you look like, all sorts of strange images pop up in my mind.

Well thanks for the good laugh, I neaded it after surviving 24 inches of snow yesterday. Well I am all shoveled out and back on the road.

Unhappy

You really think that a Lightning owner would get beat fair and square and not turn violent?
