2001 Lightning Owners..........
Hi Gang,
Just a quick note to let the owners of 2001 Lightnings know that the Superchip for the 2001 Lightning has just been released.
It is available in the standard single-program Superchip, and in the 2-program Flip Chip as well.
In the Flip Chip, the program combinations are set up as follows: in Position 1, it is the full performance program for street & strip, which the vehicle can be run on all the time, and then in Position 2, there is an even higher performance program designed for use with racing gas, 98 octane & above.
Final dyno numbers are not in, though the Lightnings using it so far have expressed similar results as with the '99 & '00 Lightnings; we're also looking for any 2001 Lightning owners who live near, or can get to, the Orlando Florida area for final dyno testing at the Superchips US development facility. This will be done free of charge for those who respond earliest, so anyone wanting to get their 2001 Lightning on the Superchips dyno needs to contact us here at Performance Products directly, our number is below, and we will make all the arrangements for you.
Both of these Superchips for the 2001 Lightning are available in our online ordering system right here on F-150 Online, and the link to access that online ordering system is below, in our signature line.

Damn, if I lived somewhere close by, say within two states, and I owned a 2001, Mike I would be on the way.
I hope the new 2001 chip is as good as the R9.
