I was just wondering what everyone's opinion was on which one they thought was better? After having her for almost 2 years now I'm thinking about getting a different filter. I keep hearing about how good they sound with a different filter on, but there is one thing I'm not sure about & that is that I live about 1 mile off the road on a dirt road & I didn't know if either of these would keep out the dust. I go in & out in first gear around 2-5 mph. but some dust still ends up under the hood. Thanks for any help.

I went back to stock from the PSP. Think it was a better move with the "Blastgate".

 

Whats a "blastgate"? I cant imagine any air raid type system wouldnt be better than the stock box. Brand is preference, air kit is a nesscity, no?

I dyno tested my PSP intake. I had 318 SAE corrected rwhp with the stock airbox in place. 321 with the PSP. Needless to say I was a little disappointed. I think the area under the curve did improve but it was hard to tell with my dyno sheet. Your mileage may vary of course.
